Morton Buddy Bench

The Morton Buddy Bench is a public art project installed by a gracious LCDG board member on the sidewalk outside their personal business in beautiful downtown Morton. The inscription reads "One friend can change your whole life." and we firmly believe in the life saving impact of knowing there is a safe place to sit with an affirmative, supportive, caring person in your community. We hope to one day see more Buddy Benches installed throughout the broader Lewis County community as we build efforts to showcase safe places to sit with our neighbors.
